  • About The Blog

The principle owners of TicketCenter have been in the business of selling tickets to events of entertainment since 1976. The ticket business has changed alot since then – and it is still rapidly changing. We have adjusted and will continue to adjust in order to serve the public in the best way we can.

    Inventory:
Most websites these days have basically the same inventory. In other words – if you see seats on one website – there is a good chance the same seats are on other sites, including ours. If you click on the tab to the left under home titled “No Hidden Fees or Service Charges” you will see a little better explanation on pricing, fees, and how our site is different.

Price of Tickets vs. Face Value of Tickets:
How much are you paying for your tickets vs. the actual primary ticket price? That can vary on many things. First and foremost is the demand vs. supply for the particular event you are going to see. If you are going to see a very popular event, and inventories are low in comparison – you will generally be paying more than the original primary ticket price. Add in there, that you want really special seats, and the price can dramatically go up.

Sometimes you will be paying less than the original price – yes it’s true. If supply exceeds demand – prices will drop below the primary price. The ticket business compares to the stock market – prices vary from minute to minute – day by day.

If you ever have a question about or would like to know the approximate original purchase price on the ticket before you purchase – feel free to go to the “Contact Us” page and contact us before your purchase.

    Our Website:
Our website may not be the nicest one out there on the web – but rest assured we have secure purchasing.
Our main effort has now been put into developing better customer service and customer loyalty programs. Be sure to check out that page. You may visit the main website by Clicking Here or stay on this site to read the Ticket Center Blogs.
